Included:

- A short platform-fit and scope check
- Rebuild of the agreed core flows
- Import structure for lists and suppressions
- Rebuild of agreed reusable email templates
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup check
- Suppression-first import and warmup plan
- Final review and handover

## Timing

The 48-hour window starts after access and scope are confirmed.

## Refund terms

If the agreed migration is not completed within 48 hours, the customer may request a full refund. Delays caused by missing access, provider compliance reviews or a customer-requested scope change pause the clock.

## Not included

Additional brands, custom integrations, net-new lifecycle strategy, copywriting beyond the agreed templates, or provider subscription fees are not included unless agreed in writing.
