The done-for-you Klaviyo exit

Your Klaviyo bill keeps growing. Your exit shouldn't be painful.

PlainBilling moves your flows, lists and templates to a simpler email platform that bills on active profiles only. The migration costs €99 flat, takes 48 hours after access is confirmed, and comes with a written money-back guarantee. You keep control of the accounts and approve the final switch.

Three reasons leaving feels harder than staying

  • The bill follows the database

Profiles can keep the plan high even after you stop mailing them.

Absolutely terrible billing structure that eats straight into your profit margins. They bill based on outdated list sizes so even after you clean your list, you're forced to overpay until their system finally decides to "catch up."Klaviyo Trustpilot ledger, 1★, 2026-04-05
  • Your work creates lock-in

Flows and templates take time to rebuild, so cancelling becomes a project.

Since the day when Klaviyo was rising their prices extremely high I decided to cancel it. Now after almost 2 years I activated it suppressed almost all emails I they force me to pay at least $720 monthly.Klaviyo Trustpilot ledger, 1★, 2026-01-31
  • A new platform can stop you at the door

A rushed import can trigger compliance checks before the first campaign.

Started creating an email campaign and seeing how to import contacts. Nothing was sent from mailer light. on next use my accout was suspended/Terminated.MailerLite Trustpilot ledger, 1★, 2026-07-02

Four steps, one careful handover

  1. 01

    Confirm the destination

We agree the replacement platform, scope, access window and starting list hygiene.

  2. 02

    Rebuild the working parts

Core flows, lists and reusable templates are recreated without copying old clutter.

  3. 03

    Check sending foundations

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, suppressions and a sensible warmup plan are checked before launch.

  4. 04

    Approve the switch

You review the result and keep the final say over cancellation and billing.

48 hours, or your €99 back

The clock starts after access and scope are confirmed. If the agreed migration is not complete within 48 hours, ask for a full refund. The guarantee does not cover delays caused by missing access, platform reviews or a change in scope.

Run by Jan

PlainBilling started with other people's bad reviews. We read through hundreds of complaints from store owners stuck with email tools that overcharge them and underdeliver — and we knew the feeling from our own projects. At some point frustration turns into a to-do list, so we built the service we had wanted ourselves: someone takes the whole migration off your plate, does it properly, and charges a price you can actually read at a glance. For you, and honestly, for us too.

Questions worth asking before a migration

What does the €99 include?

Your agreed core flows, lists and reusable templates are rebuilt on the destination platform, then checked with you. Extra brands, custom integrations and net-new strategy are quoted separately before work starts.

What does the guarantee cover?

If the agreed migration is not completed within 48 hours after access and scope are confirmed, you can request a full refund. Provider compliance reviews and missing access pause the clock.

Do you delete my Klaviyo account?

No. You keep control of cancellation and billing. We provide a suppression-first checklist, export reminders and a final handover so nothing is closed accidentally.

Which platform will I move to?

That depends on list size, sending pattern and risk tolerance. Omnisend and MailerLite are common options, but the recommendation comes after a short fit check.
