Klaviyo alternatives, compared without pretending one is perfect

Omnisend has the strongest support signal in this evidence set. MailerLite combines substantial praise with a visible termination pattern. Klaviyo remains capable, but its active-profile billing and larger complaint groups deserve scrutiny. PlainBilling is the migration service, not another sending platform, so the final platform remains your account.

What the table cannot decide for you

A small, carefully maintained list has different needs from a busy store with many flows and transactional messages. Export quality, consent history, sending domain health, integrations and the team's willingness to rebuild all matter more than a feature checklist.

Why Omnisend deserves a fair reading

The Omnisend ledger is strongly positive: 115 of 121 records are five-star and only 1 is one-star. Support is often praised by a named agent. That does not prove every account will have the same result, but it is meaningful counterevidence to a blanket claim that every alternative is worse.

Why MailerLite needs a compliance check first

MailerLite has 97 five-star records in the 145-record ledger, but a keyword scan also found 15 records involving termination, suspension, disabling, blocking or bans. Import source, consent evidence and the first campaign plan should be reviewed before moving a live list.

Need the rebuild handled?

PlainBilling covers the migration work for €99 after a short platform-fit check.
